• And then fill in the information asked like your state, district, electricity distribution company, consumer account number.

• Then click on next button.

• After that fill all the information given in the form to apply solar rooftop.
• After that we will wait for the approval from Discom.
• After this, once the approval is received, we will get the solar plant installed from any registered vendor of our DISCOM.
• Once the solar plant is installed. It’s details will be collected.
• We will apply for net meter.
• After the installation of the net meter, the DISCOM will prepare the commissioning certificate in the portal after inspection.
• Once you get the commissioning report, submit the bank account details and a cancelled cheque through the portal.
• After this you will get your subsidy in your bank account within 30 days.

How to register a vendor in PM Surya Ghar muft Bijli Yojana

Vendors can registered in this scheme as follows:-

• Vendors who are willing to join can visiting the official website://api.solarrooftop.gov.in/ of the national portal and submitting an application along with the declaration and PBG (performance bank guarantee/ bank guarantee) of rupees 250000 for at least 5 years of work with their respective DISCOM.
• Vendor can submit application at division/circle and their name will be included in the list of empaneled vendors within a period of 1 months from the date of submission of application. DISCOM will update the list every month.
• DISCOM will upload the details of registered vendors to the national portal and vendors will receive a registration mail.
• Vendors can login to the national portal with their PAN number and mobile number (to be used by DISCOM for registration). They can enter their product rate and contact details.
• The details entered by the vendor will be visible to the consumers submitting in the application for rooftop solar to the concerned DISCOM.
